Evaluations on the specified criteria received all participants. In order to make research more correctly, after a meeting with experts, a number of correction coefficients were introduced. The following evaluation criteria are recognized most significant: A2, A3, A5, A8, A9 (k \u003d 1,2), for the remaining criteria K \u003d 1. For each of the indicators, the average score was calculated for each participant. The final result was calculated as the sum of the averages received.

The position of the participants in the consolidated table was determined by the number of points scored.

The final table shows the participants who scored the maximum number of points.
