III. Rights
The head of the capital construction department has the right to:
1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the organization’s management regarding capital construction issues.
2. Interact with the heads of all (individual) structural divisions of the enterprise.
3. Sign and endorse documents within your competence.
4. Make proposals to reward distinguished employees and impose penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
