- Vladimir Nikolaevich, many skeptics predicted inevitable collapse to your enterprise. How did you manage to survive the crisis?
- largely due to the help of the leadership of the district executive committee and specifically the Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee Sergey Petrovsky. It was Sergei Viktorovich that contributed to the fact that our PMC became part of the Gomel United Construction Trust. Of all the PMK, which were part of the trust "Gomeloblstroy", only we and the Chechersk builders remained afloat. So in the area managed to maintain the only construction organization. True, the number of employees has decreased and is now 120 people.
- How do you rate the current financial and economic state of the organization?
- Stable condition. We found construction sites in the Gomel region. Work is always working. We continue to lead finishing work in the Spikes building along Frunze Street in Dobrush. In Gomel, we are engaged in the reconstruction of production and office rooms Plant "Crystal". Build 45-apartment residential house in the branch. We also continue finishing work in the local gymnasium. In the Braginsky district, the builders brigade begins the construction of the ITF. - What, in your opinion, lacking an enterprise to increase the pace of work?
- There are always problems with everyone. It would not want to talk about them on the eve of the holiday. I just say that we do not sit on the spot, we are looking for new objects. We are ready to employ 15 workers. First of all, finishers, malaries-plasterers and bricklayers are needed. I understand that it is not always possible to offer good specialists with wages that they receive in Russia.
For six months of this year, the volume of construction and installation work amounted to 927 thousand belarusian rubles. Profit from sales of products - 23 percent. Profitability - 2.3 percent. Average wage - 407 rubles. Little? Probably. But the salary is because it is called wages that it needs to be earned. For such a sum, we still worked ...

- Customers, as a rule, always celebrate the high quality of the works of our builders. The company employs workers - an example for others.
