The route card (MK) is one of the main documents in which the entire process is described in the technological sequence of operations. The MK forms set by GOST 3.1118-82 are unified and should be applied regardless of the type of production and the degree of detail of the description of TP.

According to the degree of detail and completeness of information, three types of TP descriptions are used, which provide for various presentation of the content of operations and completeness of the documentation.

For route Description of TP The maintenance of operations is outlined only in the route map without specifying transitions (it is allowed to include the processing modes, i.e. string with a service symbol "P"). It is used in experienced and small-scale types of production, which are characterized by the use of mainly universal techniques and working high qualifications, which allows us to use simplified documentation.

For operatingtP description The route card contains only the name of all operations in the technological sequence, including control and movement, a list of documents used in the performance of the operation, technological equipment and labor costs. To describe operations in this case, operating cards are used. It is used in serial and mass production types.

Little-Operational TP description is typical for enterprises of experienced and small-scale types of production. At the same time, a brief description of the content of individual operations in the route map is provided (usually the simplest, which can be briefly described by text, without sketches). See an example of the design of the MK for operations 005 ... 020 (Appendix 6). The remaining operations are drawn up on operating cards (for such operations in the MC, there is a designation of operating cards developed on them).

Information in the MK is brought by line by several types of strings. Each type of string is assigned its service symbol, which conventionally expresses the composition of the information placed in the graphs of this type of string. . Study of service characters is required.

It is allowed not to affect the service symbol on subsequent lines carrying the same information when describing the same operation on this sheet of document.

To describe technological processes and operations, the following service characters are used and the information content corresponding to it in lines:

Information on sizes should be specified on the basis of the existing dimensions of the blanks in accordance with the current standards (diameter, length, width, height).

MZ."- Mass of the workpiece.

The service character "A" is assigned to rows, in the graphs of which are made by the following information:

1. Forms and requirements for completing documents

1.1. 1.3. In describing the technological process of welding and soldering, regardless of the type and nature of production, the documents for basic operations should include an operating description with a mandatory indication of technological modes.

1.3.1. The parameters of technological modes, depending on the type (method) of welding and soldering, should be specified in the sequence provided in typical modes blocks.

1.3.2. The selection of the corresponding modes block and the simplicity of the modes parameters is implementing the document developer.

1.3.3 Typical modes blocks can be made in the documents forms after a row with a service symbol with reference to the service character R. In this case, the forms of documents will have a special purpose and distributed on welding or soldering specific species (methods).
