Snip 23 05 95 Natural. Natural. Lighting pedestrian spaces

Natural and artificial lighting in the premises is regulated by the standards of SNiP 23-05-95, depending on the nature of the visual work, the system and the type of lighting, the background, the contrast of the object with the background. The characteristic of the visual work is determined by the smallest size of the object of distinction (for example, when working with devices - the thickness of the graduation line of the scale, with drawing works - the thick of the thinnest line). Depending on the size of the object of distinction, all types of work related to the visual voltage are divided into eight discharges, which in turn depending on the background and the contrast of the object with the background are divided into four subpiments.

Artificial lighting is normalized by quantitative (minimal illumination of EMIN) and high-quality indicators (blindness and discomfort indicators, the Razzation coefficient of KE illumination).

It is accepted separate rationing of artificial lighting depending on the light sources used and the lighting system. The regulatory value of lighting lamps for gas discharge lamps, with other things being equal, due to their greater light output is higher than for incandescent bulbs. With combined lighting, the share of overall lighting should be at least 10% of the normalized light. This value must be at least 150 LCs for gas-discharge lamps and 50 LCs for incandescent bulbs.

To limit the precipitating action of lamps of general lighting in the production premises, the blindness rate should not exceed 20 ... 80 units depending on the duration and discharge of visual work. When the production facilities are illuminated with gas-discharge lamps powered by an alternating current of the industrial frequency of 50 Hz, the depth of the pulsation should not exceed 10 ... 20% depending on the nature of the work being performed.

When determining the reference rate, a number of conditions can also be taken into account that cause the need to increase the level of illumination chosen by the characteristic of visual work. An increase in illumination should be provided for, for example, with an increased risk of injury or when performing intense viewing, I ... IV discharges throughout the working day. In some cases, it is necessary to reduce the rate of illumination, for example, with a short stay of people indoors.

Natural lighting is characterized by the fact that the created illumination varies depending on the time of day, year, meteorological conditions. Therefore, as a criterion for estimating natural lighting, a relative value is adopted - the coefficient of the Natural illumination of the CEO, independent of the above parameters.

Keo is the illumination ratio at a given point inside the EU premises to the simultaneous value of the outer horizontal illumination of the EAN, created by the light of the fully open skill, expressed as a percentage, i.e.

Keo = 100 EN / EN.

It is accepted separate rationing of Keo for lateral and upper natural lighting. In lateral lighting, the minimum CEO value is normalized within the working area, which must be provided at the points most remote from the window; In rooms with upper and combined lighting - on the averaged CEO within the working area. The normalized value of the CEO, taking into account the characteristics of the visual work, the lighting system, the location area of buildings in the country:

eN = KEO TS,

where Keo is the coefficient of natural illumination; determined by SNiP 23-05-95;

t - the luminous climate coefficient, determined depending on the area of the building on the territory of the country;

c - the climate sunshine coefficient, determined depending on the orientation of the building relative to the parties to the light;

the coefficients T and C are determined by SNiP tables 23-05-95.1

Combined lighting is allowed for industrial premises, in which visual works of I and II of the discharges are performed; for industrial premises under construction in the northern climatic zone of the country; For premises, in which, according to the terms of the technology, it is necessary to withstand stable parameters of the air environment (plots of precision metalworking machines, electrical equipment). At the same time, the general artificial lighting of the premises should be provided by gas-discharge lamps, and the lighting norms are rising for one level.

SNiP 23-05-95 *

Construction standards and rules of the Russian Federation

Date of introduction 1996-01-01

APPLICATION AREA

These norms apply (except in cases indicated in other chapters SNiP) on the design of the coverage of the premises of newly under construction and reconstructed buildings and structures of various purposes, places of production outside buildings, sites of industrial and agricultural enterprises, railway tracks of enterprises, external lighting of cities, towns and rural settlements. Designing local lighting devices supplied complete with machines, machines and industrial furniture should also be carried out in accordance with these standards.

These norms do not apply to the design of the lighting of underground workings, sea and river ports, airfields, railway stations and their paths, sports facilities, medical and preventive institutions, storage rooms for the storage of agricultural products, placing plants, animals, birds, and on the design of special technological and security lighting when applying technical guards.

Based on these norms, sectoral lighting norms are developed, taking into account the specific features of the technological process and building decisions of buildings and facilities of the industry, which are coordinated and approved in the prescribed manner.
