I liked everything, the location, the kitchen, very clean on the territory of the hotel. Separately, I can note the friendly and helpful owners of the complex. In short, everything is excellent, I recommend!

It was in our room that there was no hook for towels in the bathroom, all the time I forgot to take a towel with me. Maybe it flew off, but ... and the toilet paper holder was missing, the roll sometimes fell to the floor and got wet through, which caused some discomfort at the most crucial moment. But these are all details. Overall excellent!

A big plus is that there is an exact address, and the location is on all maps, and this can be a problem in Abkhazia), so when we arrived at the cottages early in the morning (6 hours), we assumed that they would settle us not earlier than 12 hours, however, by calling call, we were politely greeted by the owner Alina and the friendly dog Jesse. We were immediately given a key to the house, given a password for wi-fi and a gate code. We were also pleasantly surprised by the moment that we were settled in a house, as they thought they would be settled in the main building. The bungalow house is one room, which has everything you need and a bathroom. It was clean, the bed linen was ironed, 3 towels, the refrigerator was freezing, the TV showed several channels, the air conditioner worked properly, the temperature in the house quickly became comfortable, the plumbing was working properly, there were no problems with water. Separately, I would like to note an excellent deep well, the tap from which was next to us - the water is absolutely fresh, it was a pleasure to brush your teeth, wash and wash yourself, you can even drink it (we have seen how the owners themselves did it many times), which at the end of the trip helped us a lot when they did not have time to buy water in the store. It is impossible not to note the very well-groomed neat area, with palm trees and other plants. Convenient kitchen, "barbecue". It is pleasant to sit on the territory in the evening. The house was cleaned every 2 days, every 3 days they changed linen and towels - this is not even practiced in all 4-5 * hotels abroad, they were pleasantly surprised. We love animals, Jesse the shepherd dog was just a joy to us, many children played with her regularly :) you will be lost. I tried to describe this accommodation option as objectively as possible, I want to say THANK YOU again to the friendly and helpful owners, if we go to Gagra again, then only to you) Well, those who are looking for something to cling to will always find such moments.

The lights were turned off a couple of times during our weekly stay and for a short time (a construction is underway nearby, where they themselves were fed directly from the pole), but for this case the owners have a powerful generator. Of the nuances identified in the process of living, which more likely relate to wishes than to claims: yes, the signal from the router did not "finish off" well to our last house, if you sit on the street - everything is fine, the signal was weak inside, the owners know about it, plan to replace the router. The door to the bathroom has not yet closed (only from the inside on the latch), and inside there is a ventilation hole through which insects can fly in at night. We found a way out - we tied a bag to the handle and the door was tightly fixed in the closed position, but it is better to replace the handles so that you can slam the door without any problems. We did not scatter food around the house, everything was in the refrigerator, no ants attacked us)

1. Location - close to the sea. However, the path to the sea runs through the market, where something is constantly burning and the smell with the wind, which always blows from the sea, is carried to the house and instead of resort-clean air you will breathe plastic; 2. The presence of a kitchen. There were no problems with plates and appliances, but for 6 houses + more than 10 rooms, only three burners on the stove were not enough. If you cook yourself, there can be problems; 3. Drinking tap water (according to the landlords), if boiled and without the taste of salt or bleach; 4. Enough places to eat outside.

1. The owners do not consider it necessary to explain on the way where and what is located; 2. A huge dog runs on the territory (although it is friendly, even friendlier than the owners, it prefers to bark at night, interfering with sleeping peacefully); 3. The houses, although they look new, require renovation, namely the doors are closing with a huge one! labor and creak (if your child is sleeping inside, then you have almost no chance of not waking him up); 4. There are annoying ants running around in the room that climb into the food (you had to hang the food); 5. Pillows stuffed with feathers are terribly large and hard so that your neck will ache after the first night; 6. Blankets as in reserved seat cars! Horror!; 7. Laundry is paid, in spite of the fact that they have a washing machine (I had to argue with the landlords and especially with the maid Marina that for the fee charged from 6 people it is possible to wash them a couple of times); 8. The internet is very slow! Even the Yandex page takes an hour to load! If you need to find something about where to go or go, talk to your family on Skype, then don't count! 9. Toilet paper at your own expense, except for the roll that will be given to you upon arrival (leave as a memento of their generosity); 10. They also wanted to force dishwashing detergent to buy themselves, but changed their minds (so you can expect this if you go there); 11. The air conditioner in the room barely worked, and therefore sweated even at home in the very heat! At our requests (and not only ours), the condo was simply pulled out of the socket and put back in, which, as you understand, did not help. ATTENTION! BIGGEST CONS: there was no ELECTRICITY regularly !!! Therefore, there is no light, no Internet, just like in the 90s.

Gagra in Abkhazia can be considered as a good option for a resort town. The complex "Cottages in Gagra" (Abkhazia), which is located at Avidzba Street, 8, is especially popular in this city.

Location

First of all, tourists are attracted by the proximity of the cottage complex to the sea (a little less than half a kilometer), because nothing can be worse than exhausting long-distance hikes on a hot day. Not far from the cottages there is a large city market where you can buy souvenirs or delicious and fresh products: loose tea, honey from a home apiary, unusual spices and herbs. On the territory there are five small houses made of wood. They also have guest rooms.

The hotel has a separate outdoor dining area. There is also a separate barbecue, where guests can cook meat or vegetables for themselves. There are many seating areas in the courtyard: benches, sun loungers and armchairs.

Room arrangement

The rooms of the hotel and individual houses do not differ from each other in the degree of comfort. Each of them has a good air conditioner that regulates the air temperature in the room, there are TVs broadcasting several channels. There is a personal shower room for each room, in which guests are provided with a standard set of bath accessories: towels, gel, soap, shampoo. The bathroom is also individual.

There is a separate kitchen with a full set of utensils for cooking. It also has a refrigerator for storing food and an electric kettle.

In general, everything is arranged very well, comfort is provided for those who decided to come to rest in the "Cottages in Gagra". Reviews, thanks to the attention to guests, the complex receives good.

On the territory of the complex itself, of course, there are no entertainment and show programs, but they can be found very close, because the complex "Cottages in Gagra" is located within walking distance to all the entertainment places of the city.

One of the main favorite pastimes of tourists is excursions. In Gagra, you can order an unforgettable jeep ride - a very exciting journey that will definitely not seem standard and monotonous! You can also visit to go horseback riding, go sea fishing or book an airplane flight.

There are many restaurants and cafes in the city, in particular, "Melnitsa", "Gagripsh", "Mojito", "Platan", cocktail bar "Kakadu".
