Banknote origami shirt
Popular belief that appeared at the end of the 20th century. in many countries, it says that a shirt folded according to the rules of origami from a ten-ruble or one-dollar bill and stowed in a wallet or purse brings profit and financial well-being.
Amulets are carried in a wallet or pocket, not only so that they are closer to their goal - money. It is undesirable to show the amulet to strangers, it is better to keep it closer to the body, covering it with clothes, a bag or purse.
Perhaps the strength of this talisman depends solely on the positive attitude of its owner, but the continuing popularity of these money amulets indicates that they still work.
We present the scheme of folding the "money" shirt (Fig. 30).

A shirt made of money is a very original talisman that can be kept in your wallet and will bring you great luck and a lot of money. Or maybe just a beautiful keychain. You can do it yourself from a paper bill in a few minutes.
Step 1... We take a convenient bill, in our case it is a ten-ruble bill. Bend about one third of the bill on the left side.
Step 2... We fold the banknote in half lengthwise, then unfold the fold.
Step 3... Having expanded the fold, we turn over our future shirt. Now bend a small strip on the right side, as shown in the figure.
Step 4... Turn over the banknote again and bend our long edges towards the center, then again bend a thin strip on the right side.
Step 5... We fully unbend the left side and bend thin strips along the edges so that we get cuffs.
Step 6... And again we bend the long strips to the center.
Step 7 From the left edge, bend the inner flaps outward so that the ends protrude above the lower edges of our shirt. These are our future sleeves. Then bend the corners forward from the right edge so that they intersect the horizon of the central line. This is a future collar. Well, the shirt made of money is almost ready.
Step 8... Now bend the left edge to the right under the collar flaps, and the shirt is ready!

This tutorial will show you how to make a cute shirt and tie origami from a dollar bill. Agree, this is a very original way to give a man money for his birthday, or for some other reason. The bill, of course, can be taken in any currency and of any denomination.
What we need:
- just one bill of any denomination. The newer it is, the easier it will be to use.

Step 2: start folding the bill
First fold the bill in half and then unfold it again. Then fold it over so that both edges meet at the center fold.
Step 3: paper airplane
Unfold the bill completely again. Fold one end in the same way as for a paper airplane: take one corner and fold it into a triangular shape. Repeat the same for the adjacent corner.
Step 4: wrap
Fold this end of the bill at a sharp angle toward the president's face, so that the tip rests on the center fold.
Step 5: fold the tie
Minor difficulties may arise here, but do not despair if it does not work out the first time. In the figure, the required folds are marked in red. First unfold the folds made in the previous step. Then, make two folds from the edges of the small white triangle at the tip, diagonally back, so that they meet at the fold made in the previous step. The second and third pictures show how the bill should look after you have done everything.
Step 6: finish the tie
Flip the bill over so that the folds you make appear from the back side. Fold the sides of this large triangle so they lie flat under the tie. Then fold again over the crease made in step 4. The tie is ready!
Step 7: fold again from step 2
Fold both edges towards the center as in step 2. But this time slip them under the tie.
Step 8: start making the collar
Fold along the white strip on the bottom of the bill.
Step 9: finish the collar
Flip the bill. Fold the corners towards the center to create diagonal folds. The exact length of these folds is not that important. The main thing is that they are relatively similar to each other, and both corners almost touch at the center.
Step 10: We're getting close!
Fold the bill so that the collar is right under the tie.
Step 11: fold the sleeves
Origami is the art of folding paper figures that came from Japan and later spread throughout the world. Instead of a regular sheet of paper, you can use a banknote, from which an original souvenir in the form of a shirt and tie can be obtained.
To work, you only need a banknote and knowledge of a certain folding scheme.
Shirt without tie
In order to make a souvenir, you will need a banknote of the corresponding denomination and a little time. First of all, you need to prepare a bill, then determine a little less than a third of the bill on the left side and fold it.
Then you should fold the bill in half and always along the long sides, after that unfold all the folds.
Next, fold one side edge of the bill up and the other side edge down, then unfold the side folds and turn the bill over. On the side on the right, bend a thin strip, the width of which should be no more than one centimeter.
After that, the bill needs to be turned over and the long sides bend towards the center and, without smoothing, bend the strip again from the side on the right side.
Then the folds on the left side must be unbent and thin strips made on the sides to form the cuffs of the future shirt.
Further, the long sides should be bent to the center, and in order to get the sleeves, the inner strips must be turned outward, and from the right edge it is necessary to turn the corners so that they intersect with the central line horizontally - this is the collar.
Shirt with a tie from a bill
In order to get a shirt from a dollar, you need to prepare the corresponding bill, bend it in half, then unbend and bend the left edges to the middle, and the resulting triangle should be defined in the middle of the bill. To make a tie, the sides of the triangle must be slightly bent and symmetrical folds made.
Then you should divide the bill two more times and thus the tie will close, so we place the corners of the tie on top and the left side of the bill is ready. When folded, the right side of the bill must be bent by one centimeter, then turn the bill over and divide only the right side into four parts and fold the two outer parts towards the middle. After that, the bill can be turned over and bent in half, then unbent.
Between the folds formed, the center should be turned, then bent in half again and a collar should be made. Such a scheme will help to make an interesting souvenir that can serve as a gift.
